About the CECOM Rapid Response (CR2) Program


The CR2 Program is an indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle administered by the US Army CECOM at Fort Monmouth, NJ. The CR2 Program provides the Department of Defense (DOD) and other federal agencies with a rapid response contracting vehicle to get work awarded quickly to support Government systems, platforms and item managers worldwide.

The CR2 Program Office is chartered by the Deputy to the Commanding General, Communications-Electronics Command, to execute a competitive, streamlined task order contract enabling Federal Government Customers to rapidly acquire contractor services in support of new and urgent requirements
