Login Help

Login Credentials: E-mails containing user account name and default password information were sent to the points of contact (POCs) (see "About Points of Contact" below) at your company shortly after the CR2 award was announced. Use these to log into the CR2 Member's Area. The username and password are case-sensitive. The first time someone logs into the account they will be forced to change the password. This means that if your company has 5 points of contact listed, the first one to log into the account sets a new password. Your organization should decide internally who is responsible for the account and update the primary POC information.

If Your Login Fails: First, double check the login ID and password you are using. Remember, the login credentials are case-sensitive. Next contact the other employees of your company who have access to the login id and password for your account. One of them may have changed the password. If you still cannot log in, call or e-mail the technical support contact below. Passwords can only be reset at the request of individuals listed as on of your company's CR2 POCs on this web site. If you are not sure who is on that , see "About Points of Contact" below.

About Points of Contact: Your company's CR2 POCs are listed on the ARINC Team R2 web site under your company's profile. To see your company's profile select its name from the list below.

The profile, along with your points of contact can be managed from the CR2 Member's Area once you have logged in. If you are not on the list of CR2 contacts but need login access contact the ARINC CR2 Program Office.

Getting An Account: Requests for new accounts must originate from the ARINC CR2 Program Office. Contact the program office to find out how to become an ARINC CR2 Team Member.
